Despite a forecasted slowdown in the overall residential market by Redfin and Realtor.com, Corporex has started out 2023 with booming home sales and continued high demand at Ovation, the Midwest’s hottest mixed-use development.

In the last week, four luxury homes were sold for a cumulative $4 million in sales, taking total sales past the 50% mark for available inventory at The Boardwalk Residences at Ovation.  Construction of two of residential buildings is underway with completion planned for the first quarter of 2024.
