Relocating from Covington, the company has moved into a custom, 12,443-square-foot space on the third floor of Ovation Office 1. This move represents a nearly 50% increase in physical footprint to accommodate C&B Marine’s continued growth, expanded operations, and long-term investment in the region.

The custom-designed headquarters balances a sleek, modern, and highly functional aesthetic with a distinct maritime and river theme. The design incorporates warm wood undertones and curved furniture that mimics river waves, celebrating the company’s deep maritime roots. A key highlight of the new space is a striking, custom stainless-steel feature wall complete with the C&B Marine logo – a unique piece sourced from a local metal fabricator and designed and installed by area craftsmen.

To accommodate team members coming in from construction projects, common areas utilize concrete-look Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring, combining a modern look with heavy-duty durability for easy cleaning. Designed with generous elbow room, the layout gives the entire office a welcoming, open, and calming feel. The facility includes a spacious reception foyer, multiple meeting rooms, private offices, and a dedicated kitchenette built for both everyday team use and customer entertaining.

C&B Marine is in Ovation Office 1, along with St. Elizabeth Physicians Primary Care Office and MegaCorp Logistics. It sits atop a 550-car parking garage for the mix of office, entertainment, and retail-use spaces.
